Gaucho Creative was founded for young leaders at UCSB with diverse backgrounds to come together and provide business and marketing solutions for diverse brands.

Our Advisor
Our advisor, Dr. Eric Zackrison, has been teaching in the Technology Management Department at UC Santa Barbara since 2017 working with both undergrad and grad students on management, leadership, strategy, communication, and persuasion. He is a consultant under the umbrella Effectiveness Consultants as well as the president and CEO of IDI.US Inc., a multi-rater personality and behavioral styles measurement tool.
